COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Changa (“Company”) aims to provide users with a secure and inclusive environment with their application named “Changa” (“Platform”). To make sure that the users have a wonderful experience, these community guidelines (“Community Guidelines”) is to present a standard code of conduct for all users of the Platform. By using the services (“Services”) provided by the Company on and through the Platform, you agree to comply with the terms contained in the Community Guidelines. These Community Guidelines shall be read along with and shall be deemed to be an essential part of the Terms of Service.

The Company understands the value to secure the interests of the users in order to allow them to express themselves freely and curate and share content with other users. Through implementing these Guidelines, the Company seeks to ensure that all users feel comfortable and safe when accessing and using the Services, prevent abuse in any manner on the Platform. These Community Guidelines include general guidance on what is and is not permissible on the Platform and apply to all users, and to all content shared on the Platform. These Community Guidelines are indicative and not exhaustive in nature.

These Community Guidelines must be properly followed by all users. The Company is entitled to prohibit or terminate the account in cases of persistent breaches. Where the Company deems it necessary, the Company may ban such a user account and will work with relevant legal authorities as and when necessary and appropriate.

The Company can update the Community Guidelines from whenever needed to grow with community behavior, mitigate emerging risks, and keep the Service and the Platform a secure space for its user and creators. You can determine when the Community Guidelines were last modified by referring to the “Last Updated” feature above. It is your responsibility to check the Community Guidelines periodically for changes.

The Company does not allow dangerous people or organizations to use the Platform to promote terrorism, crime, or other types of behavior that could cause harm to others.

• Terrorists and terrorist organizations

  Terrorists and terrorist groups are any non-state agent using premeditated violence or threats of violence as harm to innocent civilians, in order to intimidate or threaten people, a government or foreign entity in pursuit of the political, religious, cultural, or ideological aims,

• Other dangerous individuals and organizations

  Dangerous people and organizations are those that commit crimes or cause other types of severe harm. The types of groups and crimes include, but are not limited to:

  • hate groups, kidnapping, extortion, blackmailing, money laundering, fraud, Cybercrime. violent extremist organizations, homicide, human trafficking, organ trafficking, arms trafficking, drug trafficking,

The names, icons, logos, banners, signs, uniforms, expression, images, or other items that represent dangerous individuals and/or organizations, or material for which dangerous persons and/or organizations are commended, glorified or endorsed are not to be posted.

The Company may, at its discretion and depending on the manner of the depiction allow an exceptional educational, historical, humorous, artistic, and other contents that may be clearly recognized as a counter-speech or which seeks to increase the knowledge about the harm caused by dangerous persons and/or organizations.

The Company forbids the purchase, selling, distribution, promotion, advertisement, endorsement or use, and the depiction or promotion of illegal activity of particular regulated goods. Such content may be removed, even though the actions or items in question are lawful in the area where they are posted or controlled within the jurisdiction of the mailing or the majority of the region or the world. The company may require exceptions to contents that provide value for the public, such as educational, scientific, artistic, and newsworthy material, at its discretion and in compliance with the way the image is depicted.

Criminal practice includes a broad variety of illegal acts, including robbery, abuse, harassment of people, and other negative actions. You should not post content encouraging acts of physical harm such as assault or abduction, threatening the safety of others such as swatting, promoting human abuse or trafficking in animals, offering instructions for the acquisition, selling and exchange of products illegally acquired.

The company does not allow to represent, sell, or encourage guns, ammunition, firearms or explosive devices, or to render instructions for manufacturing them. The Company may, at its discretion and depending on the manner of the depiction, give exceptions to content that displays firearms or other types of weapons in the following scenarios: in a fictional setting, as part of a museum's collection, carried by a police officer, in a military parade, or used in a safe and controlled environment such as a shooting range.

Content showing the use or trading of drugs and other controlled substances can not be permitted by the organization. You must not publish content about drugs, drug consumption, or encourages others to make, use, or trade drugs or other controlled substances, sells, offers, trades, or solicits or provides information on how to buy or procure drugs or other controlled substances.

You must not post content that supports phishing, Ponzi or pyramid schemes, fixed betting, get-rich-quick schemes, or any other types of scams.

The Company does not allow content that is excessively gruesome or shocking, especially that promotes or glorifies abject violence or suffering.

• Violent and graphic content: Human

  You shall not post content that is openly disturbing, sadistic, or unnecessarily graphic, including, but not limited to, the depiction of violent and/or tragic deaths include actual persons, human remains dismembered, mutilated, and charred or burnt.

  The Company may, at its discretion and depending on the manner of the depiction allow an exception for content that is newsworthy material and intended to raise awareness, stage or professional battle, traditional martial arts, or combat in a fictional setting.

• Violent and graphic content: Animals

  You must not post content that is gratuitously shocking, sadistic, or excessively graphic, including but not limited to depictions of the slaughter of real animals, dismembered, mutilated, charred, or burned animal remains, or animal cruelty.

The Company does not promote or permit users to promote participation in activities that could lead to harm. The Company does not allow content that promotes self-harm or suicide.

• Suicide

  You must not post contents that demonstrate or facilitate suicide, suicidal tendencies, and similar acts, offer instructions on how to commit suicide, support or glorify suicides or any sort of challenge to suicidal conduct. The Company does, however, require content that provides support, resources, or coping mechanisms for those going through suicidal ideation.

• Self-harm

  No material that displays self-inflicted wounds, offers guidance on how to engage in auto-harm, promotes pro-ana or other risky actions to lose weight should be released, nor should it promote or cause self-harm actions. However, the Company permits content that provides support, resources, or coping mechanisms for those suffering from eating disorders or participating in self-harm.

• Dangerous acts

  You must not post contents that endorse, enable, or glorify risks, like amateur stunts or risky challenges, improper use of harmful devices, drinking liquids or eating substances not meant for consumption, dangerous challenges that might lead to injury, or minors below the lawful age operating motor vehicles.

The Company does not accept content that threatens or promotes violence against a person or a group of individuals based on their characteristics. Hate speech is content that does or intends to attack, threaten, incite violence against, or dehumanize an individual or a group of individuals on the basis of protected attributes. The Company does not accept oral or physical threats to hate speech or other material that threatens or damages a person or groups on the basis of race, ethnic group, national origin, faith, caste, class, religion, caste, sexual orientation, sex, gender, gender identity, serious disease or disability, immigration status. You should not post contents which dehumanize or instigate violent or hateful violence against individuals or groups on the basis of the above attributes, including but not limited to claims that they are physically or morally inferior, calling for or justifying violence against them, claiming that they are criminals, referring negatively to them as animals, inanimate objects, or other non-human entities, promoting or justifying exclusion, segregation, or discrimination against them.

You shouldn't post content that promotes hateful ideologies through positive talk or the display of logos, icons, flags, slogans, uniforms, salutes, gestures, portraits or names, or the negation of well-documented and violent incidents, music or lyrics which promote hateful ideologies.

No insults or other derogatory words are to be used to disapprove of the above-mentioned nationality, race, or any other safe attributes. However, the Company may permit the use of slurs when slurs are used in a song or in other instances of a self-referential satirical context and/or reappropriation.

It is not appropriate to post content that threatens an individual with abuse, wishes for death, severe conditions, physical or other harm to an individual, instills abuse or coordination of harassment, sexually assault a user through misrepresentation of his sexual activities or through attempts to make inappropriate sexual contact, disparages a private individual on the basis of attributes such as intellect, appearance, personality traits, or hygiene, praises violent tragedies and disparages their victims.

The information which discloses or threatens the disclosure of personal details, including but is not limited to a residential address, private email address, private phone number, bank account, social security or passport number, sexual imagery, or intimate imagery, must not be posted.

The Company does not permit sexually explicit or gratifying content, including animated material of this nature. The company may make exceptions to nudity and sexually explicit content at its discretion for reasons such as education, documentary, research, or artistic reasons, depending on the way the picture is portrayed.

You shall not post any material portraying, performing, or inciting nonconsensual sexual acts, performing, endorsing, or celebrating sexual harassment, pornography, and nudity.

You must not post content that depicts sexual activities such as penetration, non-penetrative sex, or oral sex, human genitalia, female nipples, or buttocks, sexual arousal, a sexual fetish.

The Company has absolutely zero tolerance for predatory or bad behavior toward minors. The Company does not allow content that depicts or disseminates child abuse, child nudity, or sexual exploitation of children. Users must meet minimum age requirements to use the Service as stipulated in the Terms of Service. When underage account holders are identified, the Company removes their accounts from the Platform.

• Child Abuse

  You must not post content that shows the private parts of minors, sexual exploitation of minors, sexual activities such as penetration, non-penetrative sex, or oral sex involving minors, sexual arousal involving minors, sexual fetish involving minors.

  You must not post content that depicts minors consuming, possessing, or suspected of consuming alcoholic beverages, drugs, or tobacco. You must not post content that depicts physical or psychological abuse involving minors.

  You must not post content that encourages, instructs, or justifies grooming behavior, engages a minor in a sexually explicit conversation, incentivizes or blackmails a child to transmit sexually explicit material, sexually objectifies minors, contains sexual or erotic language involving minors.

The company does not encourage spamming, impersonation, or misinformation activities. It has prohibited any content or operation aimed at artificially boosting popularity on the website. The Company also forbids attempts to exploit the interaction parameters of network mechanisms.

You must not share instructions on how to artificially increase views or likes, followers, shares or comments, seek to sell or purchase views or likes, followers, shares or observations, promote artificial traffic services, run multiple accounts on false or deceptive pretense, including organized attempts to generate an authentic operation, distribute commercial pages. You must not post under someone else's name, biographical information, or profile picture misleading as an individual or organization.

You must not post misinformation designed to promote fear, hatred, or harm that could damage the health of the person, such as false information on medical care, hoaxes, phishing tries, or distorted material intended to harm the society through elections and other democratic processes.

You shall not post content that violates or breaches the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of someone else.
